Solana has been in a downtrend since hitting a record high of $264 on November 22 – but technicals continue to point to a possible recovery for this digital asset in early 2025.
The native cryptocurrency of the Solana blockchain is currently trading just below key resistance at $195. A possible breakout could see the price reach $221 by the end of January.
To put this into perspective, this represents an upside potential of around 18%.
Investors may also be pleased by the fact that SOL remains well above strong support at $178, further strengthening the case for quick gains in January.
