Commenting on the mysterious death of 26-year-old former OpenAI researcher and whistleblower Suchir Balaji, Elon Musk, CEO of Tech Mogul and
Suchir Balaji, an Indian-American former Open AI researcher, was found dead in his San Francisco apartment on November 26. His identity was revealed to the media 15 days later, although authorities ruled his death a suicide with no evidence of foul play.
However, Balaji’s family has now objected to the initial police report, claiming they had conducted a second autopsy on the body which could not confirm suicide as the cause of death. Balaji’s mother Poornima Rao went to X to question the police report about Balaji, to which Musk also responded.
