Pomp Investments founder Anthony Pompliano remains long-term bullish on Bitcoin (BTC) despite the flagship crypto asset falling below the psychological price level of $100,000.
Pompliano says in a FOX 5 interview that “2025 will continue to be a great year for Bitcoin.”
According to the investor, two factors are likely to drive up the price of Bitcoin.
“First, there will continue to be money printing both in the United States and around the world.
And second, you have a Federal Reserve that lowers interest rates. And as the M2 money supply grows and interest rates fall, cheap capital comes into the market.”
Pompliano also explains why rising prices and increasing market cap of Bitcoin make BTC “less risky” for wealthy investors.
“If you go back and look at it, when Bitcoin was at $1,000, there were a lot of these big pools of capital saying, ‘This thing is new, this thing is too small.’ “I have to put tens of billions of dollars into an investment, I can’t do that, it’s too risky.”
