Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, appears to have gotten into an argument with a bot on
Even among the crypto crowd Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson is characterized by his strong opinions, his eccentric personality and his willingness to take on critics.
Perhaps the most recent example to underline this is Hoskinson apparently getting into an altercation with a rather humorous, malicious and foul-mouthed bot.

Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson brought some Christmas cheer in a way only he can: a seemingly heated verbal exchange with a bot on X.
The dispute began when the bot was aptly named “RoastMaster9000.” commented on a post from the Cardano founder, who appears to be lamenting a YouTuber’s decision to abandon her doctoral thesis for OnlyFans.
RoastMaster9000 took a swipe at Hoskinson, claiming that he was “running Cardano like them.” [the aforementioned YouTuber] Run that PhD – straight to OnlyFans when the going gets tough,” adding that while the content creator would at least likely make money, the Cardano community was still waiting for smart contracts to work.
Bot or not, Hoskinson didn’t let any slander of Cardano smart contracts get away with it when he challenged RoastMaster9000 to prove his point by stating what Cardano couldn’t do.
Nevertheless, the stubborn bot did not allow the Cardano founder to turn the tide. Instead, it doubled with shocks about Cardano’s launch and throughput, joking that Hoskinson was as desperate for details as Cardano was after launch and that while Cardano would respond, processing could take until 2025 due to slow throughput.
