MicroStrategy, led by Bitcoin proponent Michael Saylor, is making bold moves at the top. The company has added three high-profile names to its board: Brian Brooks, Jane Dietze and Gregg Winiarski.
These additions expand the board to nine members and coincide with MicroStrategy’s inclusion in the prestigious Nasdaq 100 index on December 23.
Brian Brooks is no stranger to the world of cryptocurrencies. During his distinguished career, which includes serving as Acting Comptroller of the Currency, Brooks has managed the U.S. banking system and held leadership positions at Binance.US, Coinbase and Bitfury. Brooks is considered a potential candidate for SEC chairmanship and his expertise in digital assets will be invaluable to MicroStrategy’s ambitious plans.
