The Delhi Transport Department plans to use AI-powered virtual assistance to review documents and answer queries uploaded by Delhi residents on various online services related to the transport department. According to officials, AI assistants will also solve people’s questions and save people time by issuing documents such as driver’s licenses, permits and registration certificates more quickly.
Under this project, the Delhi Transport Department plans to implement three key solutions using AI technologies: First, the Transport Ministry website, which will be designed to transform key areas of the Transport Ministry’s operations, such as the ‘automated document verification’ process. and “virtual support”. ‘ and ‘AI-powered dashboard.
Officials said that once developed, the ministry will implement the solution for 13 services in Phase 1 for testing purposes such as NOC service, property transfer, etc.
